Marco Tulio Eboli

The Founding Partner Marco Túlio Eboli has ten years of experience in criminal law, was part of the team at two renowned law firms, both focused on economic criminal law, and even serving as a partner in the last law firm. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience by handling highly complex cases resulting from major police operations, as well as providing consultancy services to various large companies. He holds a degree in Law from IBMEC/RJ University, with a focus on Criminal Law, and has participated, among many others, in the Practical Compliance Course at the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences - IBCCRIM

As a professor, Marco Túlio Eboli has taught in the Master's program in Economic Criminal Law at IBMEC/RJ University, teaching modules on Corruption, Bid-Rigging Crimes, and Electoral Crimes.
